The structural change poses a global challenge that affects almost every enterprise.
The consequences are different for each firm: for companies with highly skilled line of action this
may rather be a chance and a benefit. For others with high physical and/or psychological
demands a raise of sick leaves has to be expected if no measures are taken.
A well targeted and systematic age-management practice is a new challenge for Swiss Companies.
